Overview
The IPIDRO is a compact magnetic crawler for remote visual inspection of hard-to-reach ferromagnetic components. Controlled via the VUnit and integrated in viZaar’s Full HD platform, it replaces push rods and rigid tools to allow safer, faster and more predictable inspections from a distance.

Applications
Suitable for metallic pipelines, heat exchangers, cooling circuits, process pipes, HVAC ducts, industrial boilers and chimneys — any component made of steel or other ferromagnetic materials. IPIDRO helps detect corrosion, leaks, deposits and obstructions early and supports condition-based maintenance in chemical plants, oil & gas, power generation and utilities.

Built-in platform and workflow
IPIDRO integrates with viZaar’s Full HD inspection platform and is operated via the VUnit. The VUnit places controls and a Full HD display outside the inspection image using scroll wheels, joysticks and direct keys, streamlining operation, documentation and advanced post-processing workflows.
