WOODEN EFFECT FILM TRANSFER OVEN FOR ALUMINUM PROFILES AND SHEETS

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The transfer oven system is specially designed to transfer the pattern of the polyester film onto aluminum profile or sheet surfaces, usually with a wood or marble effect on a single surface. The profiles or sheets must be previously coated with polyester or polyurethane primer powder coating. The transfer process from the film to the surfaces takes place at the gelling temperature of the primer powder coating.

The aluminum work pieces, previously powder coated with primer and bagged with polyester film, are placed one by one on the carrier and mounted on special vacuum nozzles on both sides of the carrier. Using the vacuum valves on both sides, the air inside the bags is sucked out and the entire film is in contact with the profile surfaces. All profiles are vacuumed one by one in the same way. After pressing the start button, the carrier car enters the oven.

As long as the trolley is in the oven, the vacuum pump operates continuously to ensure maximum efficiency in transfer. When the transfer from the polyester film to the profile surface takes place, the trolley automatically exits the oven. The compressed air system starts to work and presses air into the bags to separate the polyester film from the profile surfaces. The polyester film is then separated from the profile surfaces by the operator and the final product is obtained.
All parameters can be easily adjusted from the touch screen on the control panel.

As standard, the transfer oven is designed for transfer only on profile or similar materials. There are vacuum framed apparatus with membrane system that we have specially designed for transfer to products such as flat surface aluminum sheet or steel door.
