Overview
The cabinet is designed for chemical surface preparation by manual spray pretreatment of iron-based and non‑ferrous (aluminium) parts prior to painting. The process is carried out entirely manually and is managed by the operator via the PLC HMI according to process stages. Chemical application, rinsing and, where required, DI water rinsing are performed using a dedicated manual pump and spray gun.

This manual pretreatment cabinet is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel, sized to accommodate your largest workpiece, and can be configured as a two‑ or three‑stage spray system (degreasing/phosphate, tap rinse, or DI rinse).
