Overview
This compact, functional unit enables the precise weighing and dosing of powders, granulates and other free‑flowing bulk materials. The modular design allows straightforward integration into process plants and combination with vacuum conveying systems, delivering gram‑level dosing accuracy using a loss‑in‑weight (LIW) concept.

How it works
  • The load cell continuously measures the net weight of material in the buffer container and vibratory feeder; the control system adjusts dosing according to the LIW principle.
  • For large volumes, dosing is paused to refill the buffer container; the total dose is the sum of individual cycles.
  • Powder or bulk material can be fed into the buffer container from another vessel or via vacuum conveying; the vibratory feeder continuously extracts material and transfers it to the downstream station (e.g. mixer).
