Fully automatic bagging machine for internal or external valve, suitable for products such as flour, coarse meal, iron oxide, granules, semolina. The machine is designed as pure screw packer. The product is fed gram-precisely by either a gross or net weigher and is transported into the valve bag. A strong vibrator can be used to compact the product in the bag. The bags are placed onto the unit fully automatically, filled and released to a transport band. Bags with external valve are welded with ultrasonic technique, bags with inner valve are closed by the product in the bag. A bag placer can serve up to 3 filling spouts.
