This machine is mechanically very strong and it is suitable for each kind of grinding included pigskin one. The careful study addressed to the construction of the mincing body and of the screw allows to obtain perfect mincing also by using fresh meat. The screw placed inside the basin allows a continuous and automatic feeding. Structural work is perfectly done, and carefully finished off.
