Product summary
AQUAREX is a water-cooled blown film line with downward extrusion. Replacing air with water as the cooling medium enables extremely fast melt cooling, low crystallinity and a highly amorphous film structure. The process yields films with pronounced gloss, high transparency and excellent puncture and tear resistance, enabling new PE packaging applications previously limited to PVC extrusion or cast film lines. The line is designed for straightforward operation and digital integration.
