Description
Solid & High Rigidity Structure of Body, Base, Saddle, Table, Spindle head and column are designed with box structure. The structure of ribs is enhanced to improve machine's rigidity and avoid machine's deformation.
All structural components are made of Meehanite castings with internal ribs running throughout each section. This greatly increases the rigidity of the machine.
Pre-Tensioned Double Anchored Ball Screws
Each axis is driven by a high precision double-nut ball screw that is centered between the guide ways. The ball screws are pre-tensioned and anchored at both ends with angular contact bearings.
