Description

The HMS series offers impressive flexibility and cost-effectiveness: the internal vibrators of this product series are individually configurable with different flexible shafts, vibrator heads and motors. All devices feature quick disconnect coupling for fast and easy use, as well as light, portable motors. The vibrator heads are induction hardened and therefore offer high wear resistance. This means the HMS series offers flexible adjustment options for every construction site’s requirements. Modular system The modular structure allows the machine to be configured appropriately for every application. Only one drive unit is required in order to use internal vibrators in different sizes. This allows saving costs on acquisition and maintenance. High-performance electric motor with stable speeds With the consistently high rpm, this high-frequency internal vibrator delivers reliable concrete consolidation performance and efficient, high-quality results. The motors were developed by Wacker Neuson and are wound and produced by in-house manufacturing in Germany. This ensures consistently high engine output and quality. Very good operating weight The lightweight, high-performance motor is comfortable to operate. Wide variety of versions The large selection of head sizes, flexible shafts and motors can be easily combined and rapidly exchanged to match the equipment to the job. Therefore, the right machine can be found for any job, even in extreme conditions. The carbon brushes have a very long durability of up to 500 operating hours. This makes the machine mostly maintenance-free in practice, as the useful life often falls below this number of hours.
