Paper-plastic separator, is a specialized equipment for paper-plastic separation. Generally by physical means, the fibers in paper-plastic are separated from various impurities (such as wood chips, sand, plastic flakes, etc.) to provide high-quality raw materials for subsequent pulp processing and paper manufacturing. Working Principle Shell structure: The shell is composed of two parts, upper and lower, with a delicate design to facilitate maintenance and overhaul. The upper shell is equipped with adjustable angle deflector plate, water spray holes and reverse wear plate, which can adjust the residence time of the material in the machine and the distribution of water flow to enhance the separation effect. The lower shell is fitted with semi-circular sieve plates as the key component for separating fibers and impurities. During maintenance, the upper shell can be easily turned over 90 degrees by means of a screw device.
