The ultra-thin EcoPRO heating mat can be used both as direct heating and as a supplementary heating system for improved thermal comfort. Due to its low installation height, it can easily be embedded in a thin layer of tile adhesive (8-10 mm). The system can be used under a wide variety of floor coverings, e.g. under tiles, natural stone or carpet. Installation By fixing the heating cable to the supporting fabric, there is no need to manually adjust the cable spacing or fix the heating cable itself to the floor. The "Twin" technology with only one connection line makes installation much easier and also reduces installation costs. Structure Heating mat consists of a shielded fixed resistance heating cable that is attached to a self-adhesive glass fiber fabric using adhesive strips. The heating cable is arranged in a meandering pattern, which means that the cable-to-cable distance is uniform. The 100% coverage aluminum tape jacket provides additional mechanical strength and provides grounding for safe operation. It also ensures extremely low EMF. The EcoPRO heating mat is equipped with a PTC thermistor and a reliable connection sleeve.
