A heavy duty biodegradable cleaner for floor preparation Low odour formula Ideal for preparation to painting Removes oil and grease Can be diluted and used as a general floor cleaner on bare concrete Safe for use on most painted surfaces Recommended areas of use Formulated to remove oil and grease from masonry and concrete floors where sensitivity to solvent odours from traditional degreasants may be a problem Ideal for preparation prior to repair or painting Can be diluted and used as a general floor cleaner on bare concrete Safe for use on most painted surfaces Features Virtually solvent free and biodegradable Simply rinse away or mop up with absorbent granules Perfect for confined or odour sensitive areas Eliminates the need for a second stage cleaner Application Mixing Give the container a shake prior to application. Watco Bio-D Application Floor preparation prior to painting: Floors with heavy contamination – should be reasonably dry for Bio D to be most effective. Brush in undiluted Watco Bio D with a stiff broom, scrub and leave it for at least 15 minutes to allow it to penetrate and to lift the contamination out of the surface. Scrub the floor again with a stiff broom or a mechanical scrubber to loosen the dirt deposits. Rinse with clean, cold water preferably whilst continuing to scrub. If further applications are required, the floor should be reasonably dry before repeating the process. Floors with light-medium contamination – as above but Bio D may be diluted. Floor maintenance - Apply undiluted Watco Bio D with a stiff broom to the surface and leave for 5-10 minutes for penetration.
