Description

Product overview
The Wattsense Tower Lift is a cloud connector and protocol gateway that provides access to building and IoT data via APIs. It connects equipment, collects and forwards data, and enables rapid deployment of building applications and Energy Management Systems. The device supports SIM cellular connectivity, MQTT, API, webhooks and cloud functions, and offers local protocol redirection to BACnet and Modbus for integration with existing BMS and automation systems.

The Tower Lift User Console
Use the user console to connect equipment, collect and visualise live data, remotely configure devices and deploy digital services. The console centralises device management and reduces on-site interventions through remote configuration and over-the-air updates.

Key capabilities
  • Remote configuration of equipment and networks via the user console
  • Live / real-time data view for fast operational response
  • Event logs for monitoring and traceability
  • Data retrieval via API or webhooks
  • SIM support for cellular connectivity
  • MQTT and cloud functions to forward data to third-party services
  • Local redirection to BACnet, Modbus or MQTT supervision

Main features (examples)
  • SIM, API, MQTT, Cloud functions and webhooks
  • Data retrieval via API or webhooks; cloud-to-cloud retrieval supported
  • LoRaWAN to BACnet TCP/IP and LoRaWAN to Modbus TCP/IP conversions
  • BACnet TCP/IP scan and forwarding to MQTT

Use cases & deployment
Deploy Tower Lift to collect LoRaWAN sensor data, forward it to cloud services via API/MQTT or convert it locally to industrial protocols (BACnet/Modbus). Typical applications include energy monitoring, HVAC integration, remote site management and rapid rollouts of smart building services. The device supports staged rollouts and remote commissioning for fast deployments.

Integrations & ecosystem
Wattsense Tower Lift integrates with a broad partner ecosystem and device library. It is programmable via REST API and webhooks to build custom integrations, dashboards and automation scenarios. The product can forward decoded device data to third-party services and support partner digital services deployment.
