Hydraulic control block

Our experienced design engineering team uses the most modern 3D software (or CAD programs) to develop custom control blocks that are tailored for the respective application. DThis starts with the dimensioning of the circuits, includes manufacturer-independent selection of the valve components and extends all the way to constructional design taking into account the respective space required for assemblies. Fabrication of the control blocks is conducted on the newest CNC machining centres. This allows us to supply the optimal solution for circuits, switching and control sequences. The integrated construction saves on the routing of lines, reduces leakage tendencies and thus makes your application even more efficient. The combination of various different valve systems makes virtually any volumetric flows possible. Materials selected specially for the respective use case ensure strength and weight optimization.
