The pneumatic handheld inserting system HPP is compact and improves handling and ergonomics. Driven by compressed air, it inserts automatically fed pins, bolts or clips into holes or places them on components. Low insertion forces reduce operator fatigue and make the system suitable for short cycle times and hard-to-reach joining locations.

Application note
Low required insertion forces permit fatigue-free handheld operation even at short cycle times and in confined assembly positions. The HPP system can be equipped with WEBER process or sequence controllers.
