Description

■Twin countershaft in main case, tri-countershaft in auxiliary case; power split, large load capacity and high reliability. ■Mainshaft and gears on it are floating, no needle bearings between the gears and the shaft and high efficiency in power transfer. ■Gears adopt thin-and-fine teeth design (contact ratio ε>2), smooth engagement and low noise. ■Fully synchronized: in main case, double taper faced synchronizer, large synchro-capacity and flexible in gear shifting; in auxiliary case, lock-pin synchronizer, high-performance & non-metallic friction material for friction taper surfaces and high reliability. ■Large range of gear ratios meets different road conditions, and strong climbing ability. ■Combined design of main and auxiliary cases, small ratio steps and good fuel efficiency. ■A variety of forms for power taking-off meet different power-output demands of all refitted trucks. ■Single H or double H, single-lever or double-lever operating mechanism can be realized.
