Description
The CBN grinding wheel model is manufactured by Weiss, and has a small hardness for all materials of HRC 45 including tool steel, high-speed steel super alloy, ball bearing steel, chromium steel, cobalt and nickel based steel. It is also excellently suitable for machining long-chipping materials.
The unit has a density of 3.47 g/cm³ and hardness of 9.9 Mohs, which has a maximum heat resistance of 1400°C. It is also capable for cost-effective grinding of steels in high temperature range.
