This heat treatment unit operates on the principle of induction heating in the medium frequency range of 4 to 10 kHz. With this innovative variation of heat input, the heat energy is transmitted through the magnetic field of the inductor to the workpiece and heated from the inside. Ideal for the extremely rapid and uniform heating of metallic materials. Weld seams can thus be preheated in seconds. Set-up times are minimised since the mounting of conventional heating mats is no longer needed. In order to heat larger components, our VAI induction heat treatments units can be linked together to provide the increased power needed.
