Cylindrical tank AAFX series

industrystainless steelfermentation

Two self-asp¡rating fermentor were offered, one is the type AAF-I, this type of equipment is completely self-aspirate air to supply oxygen for the microbial fermentation process; Other type is AAF-I I, this type offered air by self-aspirating and blower. AAF self-aspirating fermentor using double mechanical seal to ensure that nonleaking; According to the differences of the products and volume of tanks, the way of heat exchanger is different, such as heat exchanger jacket, inside cooling coil, outside the heat exchanger plate. Working principle: AAF-I self-aspirating fermentor mainly feature is the bottom installed aerator, and its star-shaped hollow by the impeller and the stator around the composition of the impeller. The rotating rotors auto-suction the air and fully mixed with broth in the hollow stator, the gas was dispersed into small bubbles (diameter.iijout 20G Jniaafts), the formation of the huge gas-liquid mass transfer interface, the mixed gas-liquid flow at the same time jet to everywhere inside the fermentor In the formation of strong internal fermentor turbulence, completed a perfect oxygen supply [GTR up to 3.5-7.0(Kg • M-3 • hr-1.
