The BT mixers are designed for fixed mounting on vessels. The mixer and vessel can be delivered in different materials epending on the product. The vessel will be made according to local requirements; for hanging through mezzanine floor, standing on legs, equipped with cooling or heating jacket, load cells etc. The mixers have one speed motor or have infinitely variable speed with frequency inverter. The mixers can be equipped with side and bottom scraper. The BT-mixers can be delivered with different mixing blades. Application The BT mixer type can be used in most mixing applications i.e. tinting, finishing, let down and holding tanks. Depending on the application, the BT mixer can be equipped with different mixing and dispersion blades and the speed is optimized for the required situation i.e. slow moving, medium. Depending on application: Available in fixed speed and frequency controlled versions in ratio 1:10. The BT mixer can be equipped with all different mixing and dispersion blades. The speed range is optimized depending on application and type of mixing blades.
