Unitor™ HPCE HEATING UNIT enables hot water high pressure cleaning. Combined with the Unitor™ 721520 HPCE 520 INOX it provides efficient and enhanced high pressure cleaning considerably when cleaning stubborn oil and grease deposits. Product information Diesel driven high pressure stainless steel heating unit for up to 500bar working pressure. Its balanced ratio of water flow and heating capacity perfectly meets all cleaning requirements. Greasy dirt layers can easily and quickly be removed with hot water. Unitor™ HPCE 520 or HPCE 330 directs the water into the HPCE Heating Unit where it is heated up to the temperature adjusted at the thermostat. A safety control device (flow switch, thermostat, safety temperature limiter) ensures safe and trouble-free operation of the oil burner by activating and deactivating the burner which is fed with Diesel from a 20 l canister integrated in the steel structure. A relief valve which is arranged in the water inlet of the heating coil guarantees pressure reduction and unloading of the boiler system in case of overloads. Only use clean fuel oil according to DIN 51603-1 or Diesel according to EN 590.
