COREMATIC is W&Hs fully automated handling system for small printed rolls. The system is capable of roll changes every 3 minutes while running at maximum press speed. It is designed for 3 and 6 inch winding shafts. The fully automated process includes: Removal of rolls from the rewind Extraction of shafts from the rolls Positioning and glueing of new cores on the shafts Loading of prepared shafts into the machine during production
