Overview- Multifunctional offset and inset slipform paver for monolithic concrete profiles up to 2.0 m high.
- Paves concrete surfaces up to 3.5 m paving width using inset or offset methods (option-dependent).
- One or two hydraulic parallelogram swing arms at the front and two hydraulically telescoping crawler units at the rear for high operational flexibility.
- Intelligent electronic steering and control enable tight turning radii and adaptation to varied site conditions.
- Precise machine control via stringline scanning, wireless WIRTGEN AutoPilot 2.0 or 3D applications.
Key features- Highly flexible offset concrete placing unit: adjustable concrete feed, adaptable offset form arrangement (left/right, near/far to chassis), versatile monolithic offset profiles.
- Advanced machine control system: automatic detection of configuration parameters and operating states for safe and precise operation.
- Adaptive steering and drive: electronic control for accurate driving and high-precision concrete placement.
- Engine management optimized for reduced consumption and low emissions.
- AutoPilot – cost-effective wireless guidance: enables precise placement without guide wires as an alternative to stringlines or some 3D systems.
- Fully modular inset concrete placing unit: modular design to configure the machine for site conditions, different working widths and profile sections.
TechnologiesOffset pavingIn offset applications, a ready-mix truck discharges concrete into the receiving hopper. Concrete is conveyed to the slipform by a pivoting conveyor belt or feed auger. Conveyor belt and auger are available in several lengths and versions; feed speed, inclination and position are adjustable.
Leveling technologyLeveling technology regulates height, depth and inclination for high-precision results. The system continuously compares actual values with target values and corrects via proportional control, optimizing results and reducing operator workload. Different hardware and software systems can be used depending on the project and local requirements.
WIRTGEN AutoPilot 2.0Automatic 3D guidance for SP 15 / SP 15i / SP 25 / SP 25i. AutoPilot 2.0, based on GNSS, enables automatic offset and inset profile paving (e.g. concrete safety barriers, curbs). The digital model is created on site, eliminating the need for stringline setup and geodetic model work.
