Maximum mixing performance and quality with dust-reduced addition of binding agents The WRS 240 X based on the WR 240 X platform covers a variety of application scenarios from cold recycling and structural road rehabilitation to the stabilisation of a wide range of construction materials in processes such as soil stabilisation or consolidation in road construction. The binding agent spreader unit integrated in the WRS 240 X for dust-reduced spreading of binding agents such as lime or cement has a container capacity of 5.5 m³ and makes the machine particularly suitable for deployment on motorways, industrial estates, residential areas and nature reserves with particularly strict emission regulations. Thanks to the excellent cross-country mobility of WRS 240 X, binding agents can be spread safely and precisely even on challenging terrain on soils with low load-bearing capacity – on load-bearing substrates, the option of permanent filling via a binder silo pushed by the WRS 240 X allows achievement of the highest daily outputs. The intuitive man-machine interface (MMI) of the X-Tier model provides comprehensive assistance for proper operation to increase the in-situ mixing quality of the construction material being produced and to boost machine productivity. The MIX ASSIST digital components and the WIRTGEN GROUP COPILOT enable significantly greater efficiency, which in turn leads to considerably lower operating costs per square metre.
