Max.: 600,000 kg/h (1,322,773.6 lb/h)
Description
Overview
In-situ rock crushing and homogeneous mixing unit based on the WR 240 X platform, designed for processing unbound materials and less compact soils containing coarse stones.
Capable of crushing rocks, hard cores, concrete fragments and cobbles with production rates up to 600 t/h and a machine advance rate of approx. 7 m/min.
Applications
Soil improvement and agricultural cultivation (soil conditioning).
Road construction: crushing of concrete fragments and hard cores, soil stabilisation and maintenance of mine roads.
Soil treatment where in-situ crushing and homogenisation of coarse inclusions is required.
Technical features
Reinforced and optimised chassis tailored to primary heavy-duty applications.
Crushing unit composed of material infeed flap, variable and fixed crushing stages, crushing & mixing rotor, and discharge grates with scraper plate.
Special rotor transmission with active cooling; rotor speed approx. 250 rpm.
Designed to process materials with uniaxial compressive strengths up to 200 MPa.
Production capability up to 600 t/h (depending on material and site conditions).
Operator interface & digital assistance
X-Tier man–machine interface (MMI) provides guided assistance for correct operation and improved in-situ crushing/mixing quality.
MIX ASSIST digital components and WIRTGEN GROUP COPILOT enable process monitoring, recipe control and higher operational efficiency.
Serviceability & productivity
Design focused on accessibility of wear parts and key drive elements to simplify service and reduce downtime.
Digital assistance and optimised machine components contribute to predictable productivity and controlled operating costs per m².
