- The KMA 240i is a mobile cold recycling mixing plant for on‑site production of recycled and virgin mixes with a mixing capacity of >240 t/h.
- Capable of processing recycled construction materials, milled asphalt, demolition concrete and virgin road construction materials; accepts binders such as cement, bitumen emulsion and foamed bitumen.

- Production of cement‑treated or long‑lasting bituminous base layers for road and path construction, parking areas and industrial surfaces.
Operation and key components
- Mounted on a flatbed semitrailer with an independent power station for rapid relocation between sites.
- Wheeled loaders feed unbound source materials into the proportioning hopper via vibrating grids; silos or tankers supply binders.
- Microprocessor‑controlled dosing ensures precise metering of source materials and binders into the mixing chamber.
- Two‑shaft forced‑action mixer (pugmill) produces a homogeneous mix; swivel discharge conveyor allows stacking or direct loading onto trucks.
- Foldable or telescopic supports provide stable levelling and quick alignment on site.
