This horizontal stretch wrapper fixes the product and protects the surface with stretch film by wrapping or bundling long goods. Standard wrapping machine CL 010
Manually operated Circle-Line wrapping machine for long goods. Ring or angle head size is selected according to product cross-section. Basic model where operator performs product and film handling.

Standard wrapping machine CL 020
Semi-automatic Circle-Line wrapping machine for long goods. Multiple operating programs enable multifunctional use and flexible processing of varied products.

Standard wrapping machine CL 040
Manually operated Circle-Line wrapping machine with adjustable parameters to facilitate the wrapping process. Designed for industrial use and configurable with application-specific options.

Fully automatic wrapping machine CL 030
Fully automatic Circle-Line wrapping machine for long goods. Programs distinguish wrapping, bundling and wrapped bundles. Sensors detect the product and start the automatic wrapping process. Machine control allows integration into automated lines.

CL 030 as special machine
Customer-specific fully automatic process: height-adjustable conveyors transport products synchronously. Two wrapping units with self-propelled wrap heads can apply stretch film and dispense foam edge protection.

Special machine CL 3C (V-conveyor / nonwoven curtain variants)
Variants include angled V-conveyors for easier picking and fully automatic nonwoven curtain systems. In the curtain variant the product contour is measured at the infeed, fleece width is selected, the product is conveyed through the curtain and the nonwoven is fixed and stretched. A double film roll system is available for maximum throughput.
