Pneumatic filling machines with a pneumatic drive for the linear movement of the dosing piston in the stainless steel cylinder. Limit switches precisely define the volume of product that the metering piston draws in. In the Easyfill model, the dosing volume is set manually using a milliliter scale and a hand wheel. This model only requires a compressed air connection, electricity is not required. In the Easy Touch model, the volume is set using a touchscreen on the device. Compressed air and a 230 volt socket are required. In both models, the suction and dosing speeds can be adjusted to the product viscosity using throttle valves.
