The FR-75 Model is a heat flux sensor developed by Wuntronic. It is built with high resistance against water and immune to high pressure and vacuum. This device generate millivolts directly proportional to the heat flux passing through it. It integrates thermosistor or thermocouple for responding simultaneously to the temperature. This unit is also available with twisted, TFE insulation or flexible AWG, and Kevlar cables.
During operations, the Heat Flux Sensor often integrated in a harness for human beings or directly attached to human skin. It can withstand working temperatures of -22 °F to +300 °F. In addition, this unit is suitable for medical and life science applications anesthesiology, hypothermia, protective clothing, thermophysiology, and measurements of conductive and convective heat loss in swimming Seller sea lions.
