Summary
Skid-mounted reacting, crystallizing, filtering and drying production systems integrate reaction, crystallization, filtration, washing, drying and discharge in a vertical arrangement. The skid layout includes ingredient tanks, crystallizer(s), Agitated Nutsche Filter, single-cone dryer(s) and storage tanks connected by piping. Each unit can operate independently to optimize throughput and enable flexible production planning. Skid-mounted design reduces footprint, simplifies installation and shortens delivery time.
