Integrating reaction, crystallization, decolorization, filtration, washing, drying, solvent recovery, temperature control and intelligent control into a single unit, with fully enclosed operation throughout the entire process. We provide a full turnkey solution covering equipment manufacturing, valves and piping, instruments and meters, control systems, skid fabrication, engineering design and system commissioning — especially suitable for high-risk processes involving highly active APIs, highly toxic, flammable and explosive materials.

Summary
Skid-mounted reacting, crystallizing, filtering and drying production systems integrate reaction, crystallization, filtration, washing, drying and discharge in a vertical arrangement. The skid layout includes ingredient tanks, crystallizer(s), Agitated Nutsche Filter, single-cone dryer(s) and storage tanks connected by piping. Each unit can operate independently to optimize throughput and enable flexible production planning. Skid-mounted design reduces footprint, simplifies installation and shortens delivery time.

Solvent vapors are exhausted through a dust filter at the vessel top. The system includes a vacuum sampler for product sampling under inert/vacuum conditions.

Design / Calculation Software
Design and calculation software support is provided for equipment configuration, process simulation and sizing.
