INTRODUCTION WL vertical conveyor machine use two sets of vibration motor, utilize the combined amplitude of two vibrating motors, feed the material up with the trough. mainly used to lifting and convey granular, powders, and bulk materials etc... WORKING PRINCIPLE WL vertical conveyor machine is consist of conveying slot, vibration motors, damping system and basement part. The motors with same models are as the vibration force, which are fixed on the conveying slot, are installed conversely with a certain angle according to the central line of the motors. The centrifugal force in all position caused by the weights of motors during rotation will make reciprocating motion in an ejective direction, which will make the whole machine vibrating continuously, then the raw material will be tossed and move up in the conveying slot, in the meantime, raw material will be cooled in the lifting procedure with fully contact with air. This WL vertical conveyor machine is suitable for many types of solid materials like powder, granules, fibers (expect sticky or easy-caking solids), with open-type and enclosed-type, also it’s customized for different requirements of customers.
