Product overview
The Xtralis VIS-IR Failsafe Thermography Detector (FTD) is a bi-spectral (infrared & visual) smart edge device engineered for early-warning heat and fire detection in harsh industrial environments where conventional smoke detectors are ineffective. The FTD continuously monitors for fault conditions and reports them via an onboard failsafe relay. It integrates with industry-standard fire alarm control panels (FACPs) and supports automatic switching between IR and Visual modes for optimized detection.
