TAIYE370A-DTH is a multi-purpose internal combustion-driven crawler mounted hydraulic drilling rig, which is especially suitable for drilling big holes, the hole diameter range is 140-254mm. Mainly suitable for drilling blasting holes, anchor holes, grouting holes on open-pit mining, water conservancy, power station, transportation and other infrastructure construction, construction foundation excavation and another engineering. Under difficult geological conditions such as fractures and weathered rock formations, this machine can use casing and pipe to complete drilling operations. The designed rotating torque is 3800Nm, hydraulic motor to ensure smooth and reliable operation; hydraulic cylinder & multi-row plate chain keep lifting and propulsion system is strong and powerful; the newly designed structure of the carriage, compensation mechanism, turning mechanism and drill arm are durable; special widened track shoes effectively enhanced the rig's capacity in muddy road conditions. In addition to the DTH impactor, all power including slewing, propulsion, travel, swing motion and plunger pump is powered by an on-board internal combustion engine. The high-pressure designed pneumatic system maintains the excellent characteristics of the down the hole drilling machine. The component that consumes compressed air for a drilling rig is only a down-the-hole impactor, so the parameter requirements for the air compressor are significantly reduced. 1.
