Description

High Locking Force Design: With a maximum holding force of 1300N, the switch ensures that the safety door remains securely locked during machine operation. 6 Sets of Gold-Plated Silver Alloy Contacts: Excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance make it suitable for both signal and power circuit control. Multiple Contact Combinations: Supports configurations such as 2NC/1NO+2NC/1NO, 3NC+2NC/1NO, and 3NC+3NC, allowing flexible safety circuit designs. Selectable Locking and Unlocking Modes: Available in electromagnetic lock/mechanical release or mechanical lock/electromagnetic release modes for different control logics. Optional Emergency Release Knob: Emergency release options available for front (F) or side (S) mounting, enhancing safety and ease of wiring. The XEL-B series is an electromagnetic safety door switch featuring an integrated high-strength locking mechanism, with a locking force of up to 1300N and six sets of gold-plated silver alloy contacts. It supports both DC24V and AC110V control inputs, offers various contact combinations and unlocking modes, and is compatible with 11 types of actuator keys. Optional emergency release knobs are available in front (F) or side (S) mounting configurations. Designed for high-safety industrial automation environments, it provides dual monitoring of both door and lock states.
