Product DescriptionYOEC's 1310 nm and 1550 nm Superluminescent Diode (SLD) Butterfly Device is a broadband light source engineered for fiber optic gyroscopes, fiber optic sensing systems, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and optical communications testing. Based on InP semiconductor technology, the device provides high optical output power, wide spectral bandwidth, low spectral ripple, and reliable performance. The integrated Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) and hermetically sealed butterfly package enable stable operation in industrial and aerospace environments.
