The control device is designed to automatically and manually control the operation of two-way central lubrication systems and to signal their operating states and failures. Depending on the type, it can be used in lubrication systems with electromagnetic or hydraulic control distributor. It can also be used in industrial automation systems to control the operation of devices in the function of time. The control device has control and power systems which perform the following functions: starting the engine of the lubrication pump at preset intervals, stopping the pump motor after the lubrication cycle is complete, applying voltage to solenoid coils when the distributor is overdriven, signalling of operating states and failure of the lubrication system. These functions are performed by means of time relays, electromagnetic (auxiliary) relays, a cam switch, contactors, and signalling lamps. Control and electromagnetic systems are protected by compact overcurrent and overload circuit breakers. The electrical components are mounted on a plate in the housing, accessible from the front when the cover is opened. The housing of the device is made of grey (RAL 9002) polyester and the cover of the device is transparent.
