In the construction of industrial plants, facades, columns, slabs, etc., flexible and easy-to-use vibrating systems are required.
In such cases, high-frequency immersion vibrators, known as “pokers” or simply “vibrating needles”, are generally used, which come into direct contact with the concrete;
for this reason, we speak of direct internal vibration.
HOW HIGH FREQUENCY TRANSMISSIONS WORK - HFS:
An eccentric mass is housed inside the vibrating head (or needle) which is fixed to a rotation axis by an asynchronous three-phase AC motor.
During rotation, the eccentric masses generate the rotational movements of the vibrating head (vibrations).
Robustness and constant rotation speed are essential factors in the compaction of concrete: going below the centrifugal force severely punishes the quality of the
manufactured article.
The HFS is a robust and reliable product, which is suitable for compacting concrete and is appropriate for continuous operation.
Important:
The HFS has to be operated with mechanical and/or electronic converters that convert the mains frequency 50/60 Hz to 200 Hz, necessary for the head vibration to
reach a vibration speed of 12.000 vpm, as it is ideal for proper compaction.
The switch box is made of robust, lightweight and waterproof cast polyamide, preventing the entry of liquid elements that reduce its duration.
Heavy Duty motor directly on the needle offering 12.000 vibrations/minute with integrated temperature protection thermals.
High load capacity needle bearings. Connection to converter with 42v/200Hz output.
Length of 5 meters of hose and 10 meters of electrical cable
