The ZH lift-and-turn device from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik is a two-column turning station that holds a component between two lifting columns, raises it to the ergonomic working height and rotates it up to 360 degrees, reversible left and right. Heavy and bulky parts can be assembled, welded or inspected from every side without being held during processing.

Versions:
• ZH-P pneumatic: up to 350 kg, for applications with existing compressed air supply
• ZH-E electric: up to 4,000 kg, spindle drive with high, repeatable positioning accuracy for assembly and welding
• ZH-Individual: custom design for loads above 4,000 kg and special geometries

All standard versions are based on our certified ZH90 lifting axis as a modular component, which shortens lead time and design effort.

Complete solution from one source:
• Part adapter designed and manufactured by ZHHT, included in the scope of supply
• Optional loading and unloading with our articulated-arm manipulator (up to 800 kg), ZH90 lifting axis (up to 1,200 kg) or Hebelift ZH (up to 100 kg)
• Also available as a stand-alone turning station
