ETP-EXPRESS® Stainless Steel Keyless Shaft Bushings Keyless shaft bushings provide precise shaft-to-hub connections and are an excellent alternative to keyways and tapers. ETP-EXPRESS stainless-steel keyless shaft bushings offer the same transmittable torque and operation as standard ETP-EXPRESS bushings and are ideal or applications where frequent rotational or axial adjustments are required. Models are available for metric and English shaft sizes. ETP-EXPRESS stainless-steel keyless locking devices provide uniform surface pressure against the shaft and hub to prevent damage to surfaces and enable the use of small diameter hubs. All exposed components are made of corrosion resistant stainless-steel material and the bushing also utilizes a food grade pressure medium. Features and Benefits of ETP-EXPRESS Stainless-Steel Keyless Locking Devices ETP-EXPRESS stainless-steel keyless shaft bushings feature double-walled sleeves and a flange filled with a food grade pressure medium. When the actuation screw is tightened, the double-walled sleeve expands uniformly against the shaft and hub and creates a rigid connection. They offer transmittable torques ranging up to 6,416 ft-lb., depending on the model selected.
