Overview
ZDF01 polyolefin (POF) shrink film is a biaxially oriented heat‑shrinkable film with stable, balanced shrinkage and high clarity. The film maintains a soft feel at normal freezer temperatures and is non‑crosslinked, providing corrosion‑free seals without fumes. It is compatible with most automatic and semi‑automatic shrink packaging machines and is suitable for industrial, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.

Available Thickness
12 µm, 15 µm, 19 µm, 25 µm, 30 µm.

Performance
Designed for automatic packaging lines, ZDF01 offers excellent product visibility and presentation due to high clarity and gloss. It provides puncture and tear resistance to protect goods during handling and transport, barrier properties against moisture and dust, low shrink initiation temperature and a high shrink ratio for tight, uniform wraps.

Types of POF heat shrink film

• POF normal heat shrink film: general purpose for food, snacks, beverages, cosmetic boxes; thin, high transparency, recyclable with high shrinkage.
• POF low‑temperature shrink film: for temperature‑sensitive items such as chocolate and ice cream.
• POF cross‑linked shrink film: crosslinked for higher tear resistance and durability; suited to rounded or irregular shapes.
• POF high‑performance shrink film: formulated for high‑speed shrink machines and specialized formats.
• POF anti‑fog shrink film: prevents condensation; suitable for direct packaging of fruit, vegetables, meat and frozen ready‑to‑eat products.
