Applicable Materials: Decommissioned Wind Turbine Blades, Fiber Reinforced Plastic/Polymer(FRP), Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, and other composite materials Equipment Function:To separate resin, fiber, and balsa wood. After physical processing, materials can be used as: Raw materials for composites, fillers for cement and concrete, reinforcement materials, profiles and flooring, pallets After pyrolysis processing, outputs include: Resin, fuel oil, combustible gases, pure fibers Process Intruction:The decommissioned wind turbine blades are first cut into large pieces, then fed into a primary shredder via a chain plate conveyor. Following this, magnetic separation, fine shredder, and sorting are performed to produce fibers and small material pieces. Finally, a grinding system converts the material into powder. The process involves primary shredding, fine shredding, grinding and sorting, utilizing advanced separation technology to isolate fibers from resin and balsa wood. This allows for the complete resource utilization of wind turbine blades. The entire production line is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal system, intelligent fire protection system, environmental noise reduction system, and intelligent operation and maintenance system for safety and reliability. (1) Powerful Shredding We adopt a super high-torque shredder capable of handling blades of 120 mm thickness, and then use fine shredder to obtain 10-20 mm particle size. (2)Automatic Sorting We employ advanced automated sorting technology to separate resin, fibers, and balsa wood from the blades, turning waste into valuable resources.
