Components: Feeding hopper, sealed chamber (optional), working knife box, pushing system, power system, support platform, discharge hopper, support legs, etc. The power system consists of a motor with a reducer or is driven by a hydraulic motor.
Working Principle: The power system drives the main shaft to rotate. The movable blades on the main shaft shear against the fixed blades in the housing to shred and crush the material. A screening device is located below the main shaft to control the particle size of the crushed material through the screen.
