Description

Applicable materials: E-waste, computer hard disk,mainboard,tv, computer, washing machine, printer and refrigerator body shells, etc.… Components: Feeding hopper, sealed chamber (optional), working knife box, power system, support platform, discharge hopper, support legs, etc. The power system consists of a motor with a reducer or is driven by a hydraulic motor. Working Principle: The four-shaft shear shredder is driven by the power system to rotate four movable knife rotors at low speed. The primary cutting method involves the two parallel main shafts shearing against each other, while the secondary cutting method involves the upper rotors grabbing and tearing the material in conjunction with the lower rotors for shearing. The material continues to undergo multiple rounds of cutting and tearing between various sets of blades and is discharged through a screening mesh located below the rotors. If the material size exceeds the mesh size, it will undergo further cutting and tearing. (1)Adjustable Discharge: The discharge particle size can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the screen aperture and blade gap. (2)Stable and Reliable: The cutters made from European Hardox steel plate are wear-resistant and have high hardness for longer life. The main shaft is made from high-strength alloy steel for impact resistance and fatigue durability. The cutter chamber is annealed first, and then processed by an 11-meter large CNC machining center, ensuring high precision, long service life, and easy maintenance.
