An aluminum shredder is a heavy-duty machine designed to crush, tear, and shred aluminum scrap into smaller fragments. The process typically involves:
Feeding the Material – Aluminum scrap (such as cans, car parts, or industrial waste) is fed into the shredder via a conveyor belt or manually.
Shredding Process – Rotating blades or hammers inside the shredder cut and crush the aluminum into smaller pieces.
Separation & Sorting – After shredding, the material may pass through magnetic separators or air classifiers to remove non-aluminum contaminants.
Output for Recycling – The shredded aluminum is then compacted or melted down for reuse in manufacturing.
(1)Strong Capability: Low speed and high torque, suitable for various types of waste materials.
(2)Good shredding Effect: Different cutters arrangements are used based on material conditions to achieve uniform shredding of waste.
(3)High Quality: The cutters made from European Hardox steel plate are wear-resistant and have high hardness for longer life. The main shaft is made from high-strength alloy steel for impact resistance and fatigue durability. The cutter chamber is annealed first, and then processed by an 11-meter large CNC machining center, ensuring high precision, long service life, and easy maintenance.
(4)Advanced Intelligence Level:
We utilize Siemens PLC intelligent control and online monitoring technology for smart maintenance, automatic lubrication, multiple protections, and remote monitoring.
