The XG series, new single-shaft shredder is an innovative solid waste pre-treatment device developed based on traditional shredders, specifically designed for certain materials. The equipment consists of a feeding hopper, working knife box, power system, support platform, discharge hopper, support legs, etc. The power system includes a motor with a reducer or is driven by a hydraulic motor. Working Principle: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at low to medium speed through the reducer. The material entering the shredding chamber is quickly captured by the movable blades. The movable blades on the shaft work in conjunction with the fixed blades to shear, tear, and compress the material for crushing. The material is then further shredded by multiple stages of blades at the rear to achieve finer particle sizes.
