Common Applications: Used in waste volume reduction, waste classification, power plant incineration, recycling resource disposal centers, etc. Process Introduction The metal chain conveyor transports materials to the waste furniture shredder. The shredder tears the waste furniture into small pieces or strips. Then, a magnetic separator extracts metal materials, which are automatically unloaded into a collection box. Remaining materials are conveyed via a belt conveyor and finally transported to the disposal site by a collection truck or mobile compaction vehicle. This system effectively reduces the volume of bulky waste furniture, facilitates reasonable classification, and enables convenient transfer.
