Intruction Of Rdf/SRF Plant Equipment functions: Shredding, sorting, briquetting, waste classification. Common uses: RDF alternative fuel for coal-fired power plants and cement plants, recyclable materials classification for renewable resources, organic sorting for fertilizer production. Process Introduction: Materials are fed into the metal chain conveyor by a grabber, which then evenly feeds the materials into the primary shredder. The mixed materials will be shredding after the process of primary shredder and metals will be removed after pass through the magnetic separator, subsequently, the materials pass through a drum screen to separate sand and small stones. The back-end manual sorting platform allows for the separation of paper, plastic bottles, and aluminum cans, among other recyclable materials. The remaining materials will entering a wind classifier, where inert materials are separated for use in roadbed filling, and light materials are processed into smaller particles by a fine shredder. Finally, the materials are compacted into RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) pellets by a briquetting machine. The entire production line is automated control, unmanned operation, for the produced RDF is a high-quality alternative fuel for coal-fired power plants and cement plants.
