Introduction:
The crate washer (turnover tray washer) is an automatic container washing system designed to replace manual cleaning. The machine body is manufactured in 304 stainless steel for sanitary operation and corrosion resistance.

• Nozzles are made of food-grade, high-temperature resistant plastic or stainless steel with adjustable spray angles; arranged top, bottom, left and right to eliminate dead zones and ensure thorough cleaning.
• High-quality stainless steel water pumps provide high-pressure spray for complete crate washing.
• Motor speed is adjustable via mechanical stepless control or variable-frequency drive to adapt washing time to product type.
• Adjustable side guardrails accommodate and secure different crate sizes.
• Water heating can be provided by electric elements or steam.
