Description

High air pressure DHD series dth hammer DTH hammers are used for blast hole drilling and water well drilling project.Working with DTH drilling pipe and DTH drill bit, mainly applied in Mining. Marble quarry or well drilling and other construction projects. Our DTH hammer mainly be produced with shank type of DHD, QL, SF, COP, Mission, SD, BR, CIR and ACD series, Diameter from 2" to 8" for mining and quarrying, and 6" to 32" for water-well drilling, oil-well drilling, foundation and so on. The advantage of our DTH hammer: 1.According to Chinese mining conditions, to absorb the advanced technology of domestic and foreign impactor and design and manufacture of the latest products. 2.Reasonable selection of materials, advanced manufacturing technology, quality assurance perfect. 3. Our DTH hammer has better drilling speed. 4. Provide with hardening treatment in order to prolong the service life and reduce the cost of use. 5. Single impact power is large, and the power consumption of broken rock is low. 6. Piston and bit weight to have the best momentum transfer. 7. The modern theory is adopted in the structural design, which makes the stress wave duration longer, the stress amplitudeis lower, and the piston life is long. How to Chose the Right Products: Choosing the right hammer is determined by drill machines (mainly compressor output), drilling hole size and type of rock formation. Ideally, the size of the hammer should match the required hole dimension as closely as possible, leaving just enough space for compressed air to flush cuttings and clean the hole.
