This tensile testing machine for log rod insulator is powered by hydraulic motor with high precision and controlled automatically by computer,which make it possible to be both stable, precise,flexible and effective in performing the tests. According to requirements in insulator standard IEC and ANSI, the string insulator shall be qualified to bear designed mechanical load from 70kN, 120kN, 160kN to 210kN and etc. With computer control, entire procedure can be defined, viewed by live curve and results can be saved and printed, which is quite easy to be observed.
